Systems for measuring the quantity and quality of crude oil (SICNS)
SIKNS systems are designed for commercial accounting of commercial oil between oil producing and receiving organizations.
The design and manufacture of the CIC is carried out on the basis of the terms of reference (TOR) in accordance with the requirements of GOST and guidance documents.
SIKNS is located in a block box with heating, lighting, fire alarm, natural and forced exhaust ventilation with main and backup axial fans. The temperature regime is provided automatically at least +5 C. In the SIKNS block box and the mobile PU connection site, the gas content of the air environment is monitored.
A metrological examination of the project is carried out for each SQNS, a measurement methodology (MVI) is being developed.
After the launch of the SIKNS into pilot operation, metrological tests are carried out and a Certificate of approval of the type of measuring instrument is issued in the State Standard bodies.
