Systems for measuring the quantity and quality indicators of commercial oil (SIC)
ICN systems are designed for commercial accounting of commercial oil between oil producing and receiving organizations.
The design and manufacture of SIC is carried out on the basis of the technical specification (TOR) in accordance with the requirements of GOST and guidance documents.
The CIC is located in a block box with heating, lighting, fire alarm, natural and forced exhaust ventilation with main and backup axial fans. The temperature regime is provided automatically at least +5 C. The gas contamination of the air environment is controlled in the block-box of the ICN and the connection site of the mobile PU.
A metrological examination of the project is carried out for each SIC, a measurement methodology (MVI) is being developed.
After the launch of the SIC into pilot operation, metrological tests are carried out and a Certificate of approval of the type of measuring instrument is issued in the State Standard bodies.
